Who will be posting on my business’s social media?
Our staff of social media experts (nerds) is 100% USA based and consists of motivated talent. Our team not only stays on top of social media and technology trends, but business trends as well. We are a very well rounded group!
How will you access my company’s social media accounts?
After selecting a plan above, and making your order, our first available staff member will call you to gain access to your social media profiles. If you will be unavailable, instructions will be e-mailed to you, as well as an option to schedule a call at a later time. Please note, we value privacy and your safety – so we will only ask for information that is absolutely necessary for us to fulfill our commitment to you. We will not share your information with ANYONE!
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can give us a notice of cancellation at any time. However, due to the fact that there are no contracts and no commitments, the payment that has already been processed is non-refundable. You can cancel upcoming payments PRIOR to the money being charged from your card. ( This may vary for Premium clients who are eligible for a 5-Day Money Back Guarantee. )
Can I still post on my account?
Of course! You are always in control of your social media accounts and can do as you please. You can be as involved as you choose to be!

When do posts go up online? How frequently?
Since all of the posts and social media management is done by real people, and strictly USA based employees at that, posts go up during regular work hours. Our offices are in the East Coast. Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ posts go up 6 days a week while Instagram posts go up 5 days a week due to their complexity.
